All participants, volunteers and some attendees will receive a goodie bag filled with additional sponsor products.

Photo gallery will be published online after the race with hi-resolution photos available for download and sharing. Watermarks are limited to 3 logos (including photographer).

The race event will include live music, crafts, yard games and after party! This is a great opportunity to have a booth and be part of a fun-filled day.

A series of emails will be sent to race participants including registration confirmation, event reminder and a followup email with links to results and photo gallery. This is a great opportunity to work a sponsor into the content with high engagement!

The event magazine will be made available to all participants and attendees and will be a great opportunity for sponsors to share custom content to a highly engaged audience.

The race course includes 5 opportunities for spectators to view the racers. Also, the start of the race has the runners go through the event space with live music. These bells will be available at the main booth for anyone to join in the cheering!

The title sponsor logo will be attached to the race title on all publications appended to “presented by”. Includes over $3000 worth of sponsorship marketing assets:

The kid’s race title sponsor logo will be attached to the kid’s race title on all publications appended to “presented by”. The logo will also be included on the finisher ribbons.

The packet pickup will occur for two days prior to the race on Friday-Saturday, April 26-27. The sponsor logo will be included in the bib design.

All participants will receive a finisher medal. The finisher medal will be custom designed with the sponsor logo included on the medal.

Event t-shirts will be provided to all race participants.

Great for photo opportunities and included in all personal finisher photos.

Every age group award as well as top female/male finishers will be presented on the sponsor branded podium with included photoshoot.
